YEAR 4 - MODERATION AGREEMENT

To maintain the Moderator role and Moderating responsibilities in this server, one must meet the demands of each of the imperatives listed below. Failure to meet these base expectations will result in either a pause or the removal of the Moderator role and Moderating privileges. These expectations will be reviewed on a Quarterly Basis.

Imperatives

1.) You must be a Discord Nitro Subscriber with a Minimum of (2) Active Server Boosts Applied to the Community.

This involves purchasing and maintaining both Discord Nitro (https://discord.com/nitro) and Server Boost Badges on profile.

2.) You must in good conscious uphold all the guidelines and expectations set forth in both 🔻│asph_moderation and ⭕│server_guidelines

3.) You must be continually, adeptly familiar with the active and live Server Structure.

Includes all Categories and Channels.

4.) You must be an Active Participant of External Aspects of the Server.

This is measured through average community focused activity in our text and voice channels. (Minimum 100+ Quality Text Engagements/Month, 60+ Quality Voice Hours/Month)

5.) You must be an Active Participant of Internal Aspects of the Server.

Measured through meaningful activity and strong contributions in the the ASPH, SPH, CL and SA 1:1 Meetings.

6.) You must have Push Notifications active for 🔻│asph_chat and 🟠│sph_chat with a reliable response hit rate for all "@ mentions" within the Server.

(Maintain average response time of <4 Hours within times of active duty)

7.) You must in good faith put core duties of the Server Experience and Management as priority.

This also involves making this server your primary chat/voice default. You may not actively moderate (This includes holding a moderation "Title" or similar "Role" in another server) or devote significant chat/voice time to another Server.

8.) You must have an appropriate Server-specific Profile active with the Server "Guild Tag" equipped.

This includes your profile picture, username, status, and linked socials that are globally visible. While Server Guild Status is set to "Active", the current Guild Tag must be equipped and visible.
